About the beautiful cottage on Spanish cortijo:

The beautiful cottage is located on the grounds of a stylish cortijo (Spanish farmhouse) and offers complete privacy. The beautiful cottage was built by the owners in a characteristic and attractive style. A place where you are surrounded by the stunning beauty of nature, the breathtaking views and where you can touch the rural life. At the cortijo are horses, dogs, a cat and chickens scurrying around that surprise you with fresh eggs in the morning. You can completely relax here. You can sit outside having lunch under the large covered porch or enjoy your drinks in the Jacuzzi size pool under the stars.

In the vicinity of the cottage:

Would you like to explore the area and go out for a day, you can combine your stay at the cottage with day trips to the cities of Seville, Cordoba, Granada, Ronda and Antequera. Also Málaga and the beaches are just a 30 minutes drive from the cottage. The cottage is accessible by a farm road about 500 meters away from the main road. In the nearest village Villanueva de la Concepción (2 km from the cottage) there is a supermarket, bakery, butcher, bank, medical center and a few restaurants and bars.

The region offers not only beautiful cities and beaches but you can also enjoy breathtaking scenery and various activities. There are opportunities for mountain biking, cycling, golf, horse riding, paragliding, rock climbing and hiking. How about walking one of the most famous trails through the El Chorro gorge called the Caminito del Rey (the King’s path), or visit the fascinating nature reserve El Torcal with its extraordinary rock formations being one of the most impressive landscapes of Spain, or maybe you want to play golf on one of the many golf courses that this region has.

This beautiful cottage offers you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the wonderful countryside of Andalusia.

Price:
From 1 May to 1 November € 80, – per night (2 persons) (minimum stay 3 nights)
From 1 November to 1 May € 85, – per night (2 persons) (minimum stay 3 nights)

Details:
– arrival from 15:00
– departure before 12:00
– pets are not allowed
– smoking is not allowed inside the house, only outside on the porch
– the fireplace in the cottage can be used in winter. Firewood is available on site for a small fee of € 5,- per basket

Security deposit:
The security deposit is € 100,- and you pay this with the remaining amount of your booking. If no damage has occurred, you will receive the security deposit back within 7 days after departure from the cottage.

Payment Terms:
– a deposit of 25% of the total amount is requested by booking. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your stay
– when booking within the period of 6 weeks before your stay the total amount must be paid immediately

Cancellation Policy:
– up to 6 weeks before the arrival date a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount
– from 6 to 4 weeks before the arrival date a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount
– from 4 weeks to the arrival date a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount
