This wonderful spacious cortijo is set amid the spectacular scenery of Andalusia with breathtaking views. You are entering an oasis of tranquility as soon as you approach through the fields, briefly you’re just completely away from civilization. The owners of this wonderful spacious cortijo have different indoor and outdoor spaces blended into each other beautifully. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to prepare delicious dishes. The large living room offers a cozy sitting area and the large dining table invites you to dine until late into the night. The kitchen and living room have direct access to a covered terrace and the garden where you will also find all sorts of places to relax. The feeling of space and openness can also be found in the comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms.

On the 17 acres of the wonderful spacious cortijo you can wander endlessly. You can discover flora and fauna, pick fruits of the trees or paddle in the stream down in the valley. Here you have maximum privacy and you can ultimately enjoy the peace and tranquility that is sometimes broken by the tinkling bells of a passing goat herd.

The cortijo is accessible via both mainly paved roads and through manageable farm roads. Therefore we recommend for this property a car that is higher on the wheels. The nearest village of Valle de Abdalajís is 10 minutes drive from the Cortijo, where you will find a supermarket, bakery, butcher, bank and several restaurants and bars.

The cortijo is centrally located so next to a wonderful stay at the cortijo you can also take day trips to beautiful towns such as Antequera, Ronda, Cordoba, Granada, Seville or Málaga.

In the vicinity of the cottage you will find a lot of diversity in nature, where nature lovers, hikers, climbers and mountain bikers can go out and explore the surroundings. The cortijo is not far from the natural park El Torcal with its fascinating rock formations. A unique surreal landscape where you can enjoy a stroll in beautiful flora and fauna. Or maybe you want to visit the nature reserve Laguna de Fuente de Piedra. A large salt lake where flamingos and dozens of other migratory and breeding birds winter, it is the only domestic breeding ground for pink flamingos outside of Africa. Of course a day of excitement and adventure around the lake at Ardales and El Chorro gorge could also be among the possibilities. An area with the famous path called Caminito del Rey and where the adventurous can climb or paraglide.

This cortijo is an ideal place to stay with family or friends and enjoy a great holiday in Andalusia in complete privacy. The cortijo can also be hired for special events or occasions such as a training for your staff, management or an inspirational painting or yoga journey.

5-6 persons (3 bedrooms) € 1.925, – per week
7-8 persons (4 bedrooms) € 2.125, – per week
9-10 persons (+ 2 children) (5 bedrooms) € 2.325, – per week

High season:
5-6 persons (3 bedrooms) € 2.175, – per week
7-8 persons (4 bedrooms) € 2.375, – per week
9-10 persons (+ 2 children) (5 bedrooms) € 2.570, – per week

Prices are based on the use of the number of bedrooms in the cortijo. 5-6 people 3 bedrooms, 7-8 persons 4 bedrooms and 9-10 persons (+ 2 children in bunk bed) 5 bedrooms. Exceptions or other interpretations are possible, just ask us for the possibilities.

Seasons :
Low season: 1 April to 26 June, 4 September to 31 October
High season: 26 June to 4 September

The standard rental period is a week from Saturday to Saturday. In consultation with the owner’s, flexibility regarding length of stay and arrival and departure days is possible. Please inform us at your request.

– when staying longer than a week, there is an interim change of kitchen, bath and bed linen

Details:
– check-in possible from 16.00 hours till 21.00 hours. If you arrive at the property in the evening, arrangements will be made to gain access to the property. The property manager will not be present but will meet you at the property the next morning.
– departure before 10:00 hours
– pool is fenced for small children
– pets are not allowed
– smoking is not allowed inside the house, only outside on the veranda

Security deposit:
The security deposit is € 300,- and you pay this with the remaining amount of your booking. If no damage has occurred, you will receive the security deposit back within 7 days after departure from the cortijo.

Payment Terms:
– a deposit of 25% of the total amount is requested by booking. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your stay
– when booking within the period of 6 weeks before your stay the total amount must be paid immediately

Cancellation Policy:
– up to 6 weeks before the arrival date a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount
– from 6 to 4 weeks before the arrival date a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount
– from 4 weeks to the arrival date a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount
